Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our anti-theft backpacks, business bags, and premium luggage. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to initiate a return or exchange:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included (especially critical for luggage sets)
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must not be part of our non-returnable products (listed below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used Beauty & Toiletry Cases
  • Anti-Theft products with tamper-evident features that show signs of use
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
